Tu0276 Pu Basecoat Primer
About the product
Sayerlack TU0276/XX is a quick-drying polyurethane pigmented primer for flat parts and wooden profiles. The primer has good filling power, shows good covering power, even on sharp edges. It is easy to sharpen.
Area of application: E.g. frames, flat parts, MDF
Preparation of the substrate Careful sanding and cleaning of untreated wood.
Application
With spray gun or curtain coater.
Mixing ratio:
2 part primer TU0276
1 part hardener TH0780 or TH0720
0-30% dilute DT0436
Pot-life at 20°C:
3 hours on the white.
Note shorter pot life of 22 (black) only 1 hour.
Recommended application thickness (g/m²): Max. 200 per layer
Interval between layers: Min. 50' - max. 4 hours Number of layers: Max. 3
Drying time (100 g/m² at 20°C): Dust-free 10' Ready to touch 35' Stackable 8 hours
