About the product
AQUAPRIMER 2907-63 is an aqueous opaque wood preservative designed for superficial application in an industrial setting. Blue stain primer for spray application.
The product protects the wood surface and the treated area against wood discolouring fungi and performs to EN 599-1 requirements for blue stain and for Use Class 2 and 3.1 when applied on wood that is minimum “moderately to slightly durable to fungi” according to EN 350:2016: Durability Class DC3-4.
AQUAPRIMER 2907-63 minimizes yellowing at knots/heartwood. EN927-2 certificates where AQUAPRIMER 2907-63 is part of coating systems - please see www.teknos.com.
SURFACE PREPARATION
The wood must be free from wood dust and contamination. The moisture content of the wood should be approx. 13% and should not exceed 15%.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Stir thoroughly before use. Optimum temperature for products and surroundings: +18°C - +22°C. Optimum relative air humidity: Approx. 50%. Film thickness: 125-170 µm wet.

The surface treatment must be maintained regularly.
