We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. We constantly strive to offer attractive delivery options at good prices. Delivery options may vary depending on the location. We ship goods on all weekdays except public holidays and certain closed days each year.

Delivery takes place with a carrier or courier service hired by LAKGRUPPEN with the following delivery conditions: Ex-works. (INCOTERM 2010), which means the risk of delivery passes to the customer when the goods are in the hands of the carrier. Unless otherwise agreed or stated. 

The responsibility to ensure that delivery information is correct imposes on the buyer. It includes the delivery address, phone number and email address used in the order. The information is used for completing the consignment note and is passed on to the freight forwarder.

When ordering products with a UN number, designated dangerous goods, an environmental fee of €11.33 per order is added. The fee covers the cost of handling goods marked with dangerous goods so that they are packed or handled properly, thus not posing a health or safety risk.

The customer is required to investigate all products, spare parts, and related services at delivery. If the customer notices an error or defect which the customer wishes to invoke, it must be notified immediately to LAKGRUPPEN. If an error or defect which the customer notice or should have, is not immediately notified to LAKGRUPPEN, it cannot be claimed later.


Returns and Cancellation

We want to make it easy to use our webshop - the same goes for return. We always encourage you to examine purchased products, spare parts, and related services on delivery. If you discover any error or defect that you wish to invoke, it must be notified in writing to LAKGRUPPEN immediately. Items you wish to return must be returned in essentially the same condition and quantity as when you received it, in order to get the full purchase price back.

If you cancel a purchase, we offer to return the item(s) upon 14 days of receipt of the order. A product which is produced/mixed specifically for you, cannot be returned furthermore items marked as a "non-stock item" can not be returned as it has been ordered specifically for your individual order.

You have the right to complain about manufacturing defects that occur within 2 years after the goods have been delivered. In most cases, defects can be fixed by repair, should it appear that after 2 attempts at repair, the item is still defect, the item will be replaced with a new, same type and model. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior. If we find incorrect use of the item or unusual wear and tear, shipping costs will not be refunded.

In connection with ordering errors, we invoke the right to invoice 10% of the total amount for the price of products.

Tinted products can not be returned if the date of the last use is under 6 months.

If the mentioned conditions are not fulfilled, there will be instances where the item loses all or part of its value and you will not be eligible to recover money.

Products, spare parts, and services

Products and spare parts that are sold and delivered are new and comply with Danish law at the time of delivery. LAKGRUPPEN sells and supplies spare parts for a product to the extent that we can order these from a third party. Associated services that LAKGRUPPEN sells and supplies in connection with the sale and delivery of products or spare parts, such as toning of wet products, are carried out craftsmanship correctly and comply with Danish law at the time of delivery.

Associated services that LAKGRUPPEN sells and supplies in connection with the sale and delivery of products or spare parts such as tinting of paints, lacquers or the like, is carried out artificially and complies with Danish law at the time of delivery.



When purchasing products that are out of stock, or labeled as "non-stock items", will the remaining product(s) be shipped as soon as possible. All items which are in stock will be shipped immediately. In the case of a backorder, you will only be charged an amount equal to the shipment. Residual settlement occurs when you receive your backorder.

When you order goods, it will show if the item is not in stock or marked as a non-stock item. Your order confirmation will also state whether your order is intended for partial delivery. Should you have ordered one or more items that appear to have expired, you will be contacted as soon as possible in order to find a replacement item.



Prices are shown in EUR and are updated daily. LAKGRUPPEN reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices stated on the website are valid unless otherwise agreed upon. Reservations are made for price errors etc. as a result of, failure to deliver, tax changes, sold-out goods, currency changes, war, terror, natural disasters, force majeure, and printing errors.



We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. No card fees. The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is in backorder, we will not deduct payment for this item until the item is shipped.


Payment by debit card

We use Worldline/Bambora as a payment gateway and acquirers. This means when you order and pay by credit card all payment transactions are conducted by Worldline, and no data on your credit card can be accessed by LAKGRUPPEN. All communication is encrypted by a secure connection. 


Payment by invoice

Agreement on payment by invoice requires a separate credit assessment by our finance department. Invoices must be paid so that the invoice amount is available according to agreed circumstances. Invoices are sent by email. You must thus have an email address to which invoices can be sent. LAKGRUPPEN reserves the right to own products until full and final payment has been made. (eg spectrometer). If there is reasonable doubt as to the customer's ability to pay, LAKGRUPPEN is entitled to reduce credit and amount of credit, demand payment in advance, or demand security for future deliveries.

If invoices are not paid in a timely manner for reasons for which LAKGRUPPEN is not responsible, LAKGRUPPEN is entitled to interest on the due amount of 1.5% per annum. a month from the due date and until payment is made. Further, there is applied a fee of 100 DKK. 

If overdue invoices are not paid within 14 days of receiving a written request for payment from LAKGRUPPEN, we have the right, in addition to interest, to cancel the sale of the products, spare parts and/or related services related to the delay, cancel the sale of products, spare parts and/or related services that have not yet been delivered to the customer, or require prepayment thereof, and/or other breaches of authority. We reserve the right to sell until full payment is received.



Any offers are valid for 10 days from the date the offer is dated unless otherwise stated in the offer. If the offer is not dated it is valid 10 days from dispatch. Acceptance of offers that LAKGRUPPEN receives after the expiry of the acceptance period is not seen as valid unless we notify the customer otherwise.


Choice of Law and Venue

The parties' trade is in all respects subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with the parties' trade must be settled by a Danish court.



LAKGRUPPEN provides products, reserved, and associated services free of material defects and defects in design, materials, and workmanship for 24 months after delivery. For parts replaced under warranty, the warranty period is 3 months from replacement, dog maximum 24 months from original delivery.


LAKGRUPPEN's warranty does not cover wear parts and defects caused by: 1, ordinary wear and tear. 2, storage, installation, use or maintenance in violation of the Company's instructions or general practice. 3, repair or alteration performed by anyone other than the Company. 4, and other conditions such as The company is irresponsible.


If the customer finds a defect or defect during the warranty period that the customer wishes to invoke, it must be notified to us immediately in writing. If an error or defect that the customer discovers or should have discovered is not immediately notified to us in writing, it cannot be claimed later. The Customer must provide the Company with the information of a notified error or defect requested by the Company.

Within a reasonable time after LAKGRUPPEN receives notification from the customer of a defect or defect and investigates the claim, the Company will notify the customer whether the defect or defect is covered by warranty. Customer must send defective parts to the Company upon request. The Customer bears the cost and risk of parts during transport to the Company. The company bears the cost and risk of parts during transport to the customer if the defect or defect is covered by warranty.

Within a reasonable time after LAKGRUPPEN has given notice to the customer according to item. 4 that a defect or defect is covered by the warranty, the Company will remedy the defect or defect by: (I) replacing or repairing defective parts, or (II) sending parts to the customer for the customer's own replacement or repair.

The Customer has no rights in the event of defects or defects in products, spare parts or related services other than those expressly stated above.

LAKGRUPPEN cannot be held responsible for any damages arising as a result of the use of the site or, for that matter, lack of access to the site.
