GET YOUR ITEMS TO THE CAR WITH CLICK & COLLECT

When you order items on LAKGRUPPEN.COM, you can choose whether you want your items delivered directly to your door with one of the many available delivery options provided, but you can also choose to pick up your items yourself at our address.

 

Pick-up within 3 hours

 

If you choose Click and Collect, your goods are ready for pick-up within 3 working hours after placing the order. Quite often the order is ready for collection faster than 3 hours after ordering. You will be notified by text message and e-mail when your goods are ready for collection.

 

 

Choose the pick-up method that suits you

When you choose to pick up your goods yourself, you’ll be presented with two choices. When you place your order in the shop and select Click and Collect, you will be presented with available pick-up options.

 

Pick-up within opening hours

If you choose this method, you can only pick up your goods within our opening hours. When you come to pick up within our opening hours, we bring the goods to the pick-up point at our pick-up location. The point is marked with signage.

Pick-up outside opening hours

If you choose this method, we store your goods safely from the time they are reported ready for collection and until closing time. If you pick up before closing time on the day when the goods are reported ready for collection, they will be brought out to the collection point when you arrive to pick up. At closing time, we place your order at the collection point so you can pick it up when it suits you outside our opening hours. Pick-up outside opening hours is at your own risk.
