About the product

Q-Refinish 20-505 Polyester spray filler is a two-component body putty based on polyester resin suitable for steel substrates, aluminum, galvanized substrates, GRP, wood or varnish. This product is suitable for filling unevenness, deep sanding marks and roughly prepared repair areas.

Mixing Ratio
Putty with CHP Hardener 4% by weight / 6% by volume.

Application
Gun setup 2,0-2,5mm at 1,6-2,0 bar

Spraycoats 1-4

Between the coating 2-3 min, before the oven drying 5-10 min.

Coat thickness 150-300 my. Max 1000 my. Consumption 2,8-3,0 m2/l

Drying times
At 20° Sandable after 2-3 hour
At 60° Sandable after 3+ min.

Pot life 20°
30 min with CHP (Cumene Hydroperoxide) hardener
