40-240 2K Hs Primer + Fill 4:1
About the product
40-240 is a fast sandable 2k primer surfacer with high filling capacity, corrosion protection and good adhesion properties. Developed for spot repair in car lacquer, without sinking or visible marks on the outer edge.
Mix in 4:1 with 40-250HEF extra firm or 40-250HF firm hardener. 5-10% acrylic thinner normal, 99-200 can be added.
30-55 s, 4 mm DIN, 1.3 - 2.0 mm at 1.6 - 2.0 bar. HVLP there are 1.3-2.0 mm and 1.6-2.0 bar. Can be applied in 1-3 layers with my thickness of 60-180. Between layers 5-8 min, before forced oven drying 10-15 min.
working time at 20°C 40-250HEF is approximately 1 hour. 40-250HF is approximately 2 hours.
Sandable 3-5 hours at 20 degrees, sandable 30-40 min at 60°. Can also IR shortwave 8min, mediumwave 10-15 min.
