50-210 Stone Chip Protection
About the product
Q-Refinish 50-210 is a paintable stone chip coating with corrosion and sound-absorbing properties, based on rubber and resin. This high-quality stone chip protection is ideal for both visible and non-visible parts of bodywork that require the reproduction of the original application quality.
The flexibility of the coating makes it perfect for anti-corrosion and impact protection on parts such as undercarriages and wheel arches. In addition, it ensures optimal sound absorption on parts with high vibration levels, such as doors, trunks or panels. When dry, the coating provides an excellent texture that allows it to be painted with the most commonly used paint systems, thus achieving a perfect gloss level.
Application: The product is ready to use and does not require further dilution.
Apply to grease- and rust-free surfaces. Clean the surface with Silicone Remover 60-010.
Avoid mechanical impact on the treated parts for at least 24 hours (e.g. car wash with high-pressure hot water).
The coating can be overpainted after 30-40 minutes, provided that the paint has dried at room temperature. Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before use.
Spray distance: 10-15 cm
Number of coats: 2 spray coats (= 40-50 μm).
After the painting process, turn the can over and spray the valve empty.
