About the product
1K textured paint for bumpers or other plastic parts. Direct adhesion to ABS, ABS-PC, PVC, PUR, PP-EPDM and PUR-RIM.
Temper for 60 minutes at 60 ° C before painting. Then thoroughly degrease with an antistatic plastic cleaner or silicone remover.
Then sand and clean again. Let the surface dry. The surfaces should be clean, dust-free and dry.
Spreading rate: approx. 8 m² / l
Dilution: 10 - 15%
Spray viscosity: 18 - 22 s 4 mm DIN
Spray gun: 1.6 - 1.8 mm nozzle / spray pressure as recommended by the spray gun manufacturer
Processing: 2 spray coats
Flash-off time: 5 - 8 min. Between spray coats / 10 - 15 min. Before oven drying
Dry film thickness: 40 - 50 μm
Drying at 20 ° C: dust dry = 20 min. / Touch-proof = 60 min. / Assembly-proof = 24 hours
