About the product
Swin lacksysteme 90-9006 is a traditional silver metallic basecoat in RAL 9006 White aluminum for quality painting. The base color is splash-proof and easy to process. Must be painted over with SWIN 2K clear coat.
Mixing ratio
Add 10% 2K Hardener, then 1:1 with SWIN Universal Thinner
Hardener 30-100-5 normal, 30-200-5 short
Thinner SWIN Universal thinner short, normal or long
Spray viscosity at 20 °C 15-18 s 4 mm D
Application method Spray gun (air/upper cup)
Potlife 1 working day
Layer thickness / Dry film 20-25 µm
Venting time 10-15 min
Remark:
Use the appropriate base color.
Do not use on thermoplastic base.
Overcoat with clearcoat after deaeration wet in wet without intermediate sanding - Must be overcoated with clearcoat within 8 hours.
