About the product

Teknos Aquacoat 2650 is a 1K water-dilutable enamel for spray application on wood, MDF, masonite and chipboard, indoors. Such as furniture, interior doors, ceiling, panels, mouldings.

Quick drying. Good full surface. Durable and robust surface. Good adhesion to primer and base. Has good resistance to water, coffee and alcohol.

Pretreatment

The wood must be free of wood dust and dirt.

Recommended Priming, priming

AQUAFILLER 2800, TEKNOCOAT AQUA 1875, TEKNOCOAT AQUA PRIMER 1866 or AQUAFILLER 1100.

Method of application

Aircoat spraying, Airless spraying, Air-assisted airless spraying, Electrostatic spraying

Application conditions

Certain types of wood such as cedar, oak, mahogany, ash, etc. contain aqueous extracts which can be washed out through the treatment and discolour covering surfaces. Please ask our technical consultant for further information.
