De Beer Refinish BeroThane HS420 3000 series is a 2K polyurethane topcoat system that allows you to mix color in a very efficient way.
Featuring robust solid colors to create a unique match for passenger vehicles and light commercial fleets (taxis, vans, etc.) for all OEMs. With a compact toner range optimized to deliver excellent coverage, robust and long-lasting results you can trust.
The BeroThane HS420 3000 series has been specially developed for light commercial and passenger cars. The high quality 2K HS Polyurethane compound range allows for extremely high coverage and robust quality finishes as well as offering excellent chemical resistance and exceptional durability.
The BeroThane HS420 3000 Series has fewer toners than comparable mixing systems, making it a cost-effective investment that requires less inventory. With a shelf life of two years, product waste is significantly reduced, while at the same time the profitability opportunities are increased.
For first-class results, we recommend that you use the application method outlined when using the BeroThane HS420 3000 series.
To start, mix the top coat 2:1 with our dedicated hardener and add 20% of the range of thinners.

The system is characterized by simple application with ease of use with good vertical hold and user-friendly mixing ratio of 2:1 + 20%. Excellent drying properties, Premium high gloss final appearance. Color accuracy, accurate colors and a comprehensive library for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
With tonal colors, DeBeer Refinish has limited the number of mixing colors to 16, resulting in an optimal and efficient color scale. Fewer mixed colors mean lower investments, less inventory and increased turnaround time.
