About the product
Carsystem Carbo Putty is a transparent polyester putty for carbon parts. High filling capacity. Easy, pore-free application. Super easy sandability. UV-resistant - no yellowing. MEKP hardener is included.
HANDLING
Surface: The surface must be clean, dry and grease free.
Mixing instructions: Add 2 - 2,5 % by weight MEKP hardener. The components should be mixed thoroughly, otherwise there may be a higher sensitivity to moisture.
Pot-life: At + 20°C room temperature, 10 minutes
Application: Filling
Hardening time: Object temperature 20 °C: 60 - 120 minutes
Hardening time: Object temperature 60 °C: 20 minutes
Sanding: After the specified drying time.
Pre-sanding: dry - with P 240 - P 360
Re-sanding: dry - with P 400 - P 600
