EL030 Energy Line Anticorrosive Primer
About the product
EL030 is a gray anti-corrosive primer, ready to use in an aerosol. Special product used in the car and truck section as an anti-corrosive primer on metal for small repairs. In general industry as a protective primer for metal substrates.
The primer is quick-drying and good corrosion protection with good adhesion to steel, aluminum and alloys, electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized steel.
Carefully degrease with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW and sand with fine sandpaper.

Application
Shake well 2-3 minutes before use.
Spray temperature: 15-30°C
Number of layers: 1-2
Spray distance: 20-25 cm
Flash-off: 5 minutes at 20°C
Recommended film thickness: 5-10 µ
Air drying at 20°C
Dust-free: 10 minutes
Non-stick: 15-20 minutes
Thorough drying: 24 hours
Fillers and topcoats from the Lechler series can be painted over without sanding after 30-40' deaeration at 20°C.
