EL050 Energy Spray Line Underbody Black
About the product
EL050 Energy Line Underbody Black is an acrylic black protective finish coat with a textured effect, ready to use. EL050 is a special product used in car painting to paint undercarriage parts and plastics (after primer application).

Preparation of substrate
Existing finish
Topcoats, fillers and fillers must be degreased with 00699 HYDROCLEANER / 00665 HYDROCLEANER SLOW and sanded.
Metal
Apply a cross coat of EL030 Energy Line Anticorrosive primer.
Plastic
Apply a layer of El010 energy line plastic primer.
Application
Shake well for 2-3 minutes before use.
Spray temperature 15-30C
Number of layers: 2-3
Spray distance: 20-30 cm
Flash-off 5-10 minutes at 20 C
Recommended film thickness 40-60 my.
Drying time (air drying) at 20°C, about 20-30 minutes.
Overcoat with all top coats within the Lechler range without sanding after flash-off.
