EL090 1K Clearcoat
About the product
El090 Energy Line Clearcoat is a 1-component acrylic clearcoat, ready to use. Specialty product used in Car Refinish to carry out small repairs on car parts, brass, metallic alloys and aluminium.

Preparation of substrate
Clearcoat is applied on top of HYDROFAN or a similar base colour. Allow the solvent to evaporate completely (20-30 minutes at 20 C).
Before applying directly to metal, degrease thoroughly with 00695 Silicone Remover Slow.
Application
Shake well 2-3 minutes before use.
Spray temperature: 15-30 C
Number of layers: 2-3
Spray distance 20-25 cm
Flash-off 5-10 minutes at 20C
Recommended film thickness 30-40
DRY TIMES
Air drying at 20°C
Dust-free: 3-5 minutes
Non-stick: 15-20 minutes
Thorough drying: 6 hours
Polishing: after 6 hours
NOTE!
The product offers good weather resistance but has insufficient resistance to fuel. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the clear coat on car parts close to the fuel tank.
Turn the aerosol upside down after use and spray the remainder out of the delivery tube to avoid blockage problems during the storage time before the next use.
