Iso501-500 Isofan

ISO501-500 is a 2K UHS acrylic enamel for gloss solid finishes. Modular system composed of neutral and white binders with possible utilisation of dedicated tinters for yellow, orange and red colours.

The different obtainable configurations allow the optimisation of costs/performance with particular attention to opacity optimisation.

It is recommended for the fitting and repair of buses, trucks, cold stores, industrial vehicles and for applications in the general industry.

DBTL-free binder. Easy application, very good flow, high vertical stability. High opacity power. Fast drying. High hardness and surface slipperiness. Very high build, gloss and aesthetical aspect. High light and weather resistance. Low VOC.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION: Suitable for two-pack epoxy or acryl-polyurethane primers or primer fillers, especially derived from the Lechsys and Lechsys Effect systems, both in D/D and W/W system.

APPLICATION: Traditional spray guns, HVLP spray guns, High pressure airmix-pumps.

MIXING RATIO (volume): ISO501-500 1000, hardener (normal, fast or ultra fast) 500, thinner (normal or slow) 128-230.
