00824 (Slow)-00825 (Standard) LECHSYS UNIVERSAL THINNERS 50 to 200 parts or 31490 DILUENTE LENTO* 100 - 120 parts

*NOTE: To improve the overspray absorption and the time of open film it’s possible to use the slow thinner DILUENTE LENTO 31490 for applications on large surfaces. Verify the suitability for use according to the installation, equipment and the application conditions with the Lechler Technical Assistance team.

Pot life at 20°C: 2 h (29356), 4 h (29355-357)

Spray viscosity at 20 °C: 18 - 25” DIN 4

Ø Air cap: 1.4 mm (traditional spray gun); 1.2 -1.4 mm (HVLP gun)

Air pressure: 4 Atm (traditional spray gun); HVLP: 2 -2.5 Atm (HVLP gun)

Number of coats: 2

Suggested film thickness: 40 - 50 µ

Theoretical coverage: 1 l mixture = 7,7-9,3 m2 at 50 µ 1 kg mixture = 7 - 8,5 m2 at 50 µ

V.O.C. of the product ready for use: ~ 510 g/l

DRYING TIME Air drying at 20°C

Dust-free: 20-30 min. Handling: 2-3 hours Through-drying: 48 hours

Low bake at 60°C: 30 min. (after 30 min. flash-off at 20°C)

The complete hardening continues in the following 3-4 days.

In winter low baking is suggested.
