SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Applicable on polyurethane, polyacrylic, and epoxy primers/fillers (ISFILLER HBF–EPOXYPRIMER –EPOFAN PRIMER R-EC -HI-BUILD FILLER) suitably dry sanded using P400 grit paper and degreased with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW.

LS190 BASECOAT (derived from binder 29190): 1000 parts
00825(Standard)-00824 (Slow) LECHSYS UNIVERSAL THINNERS: 700-1000 parts

Spray viscosity at 20°C: 14-15” DIN 4

Ø Air cap: 1.2-1.4 mm

Air pressure: 3.5-4 Atm

Number of coats: 2-3

Theoretical coverage: 1 kg or 1L of mixture = 5 m² by 25μ

V.O.C. of the product ready for use: ~ 820 g/l

Note: Apply one mist coat followed by one full coat. Complete the paintwork with a second full coat. For metallic colors, apply one wet-on-wet uniform coat slightly farther from the substrate.

DRYING TIME

Flash-off before applying the clearcoat: from 20-30 min. to 24 hours at 20°C.

Overcoat with acrylic finishing clearcoats for two-coat systems (ACRIFAN-MACROFAN).
