Macrofan Green-Tech Hs Filler

Preparation of Substrate:

Polyester putty: Sand with P120-180-240 sandpaper and degrease with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW.

Steel, Galvanized Steel and Aluminium: Ensure strong adhesion and corrosion resistance by treating larger bare metal areas with PW600 POWER WIPES AC PRIMER.

Existing Paint and New Cathodic Coatings: Sand and degrease with 00665 HYDROCLEANER SLOW or 00699 HYDROCLEANER, followed by PW600 POWER WIPES AC PRIMER on bare metal areas.

Plastic Substrate (Automotive): Use MF302-06-10/MAC81, 04363 or MAC0 for proper preparation.

SMC – PRFV: Sand with P120-180-240 sandpaper and degrease with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW. For flexible substrates, add 09760 plasticizer to the putty (max. 10%).
