Spray viscosity at 20°C: 16-18" DIN 4 Ø Air cap: 1.3 mm or HVLP or conventional; Air pressure: as recommended by the producer.

Theoretical coverage: 9.4 m² for 1 kg mixture at 50 µ; 9.6 m² for 1 l mixture at 50 µ

DIR 2004/42/CE: Topcoat IIB/d – VOC ready for use 420 g/l This product ready for use contains at most 420 g/l VOC

Bio Content (%C14) according to ASTM D6866: ME400: 35% MHE40: 47% MHE41: 59%

Note: The result is reported as “% bio-based carbon” and indicates the percentage of carbon that comes from "natural" sources (vegetable products) rather than "synthetic" sources (petrochemical substances). For reference, 100% bio-based carbon means the material is derived completely from plants while 0% bio-based carbon means the material contains no plant-derived carbon. An intermediate value indicates a mixture of natural and fossil sources.

Drying times - air drying at 20°C

Handling:

• Standard proces with MHE40 5 hours
• Fast process with MHE41 4 hours

Polishing after

• Standard proces with MHE40 10-12 hours
• Fast process with MHE41 8-10 hours

Low bake at 40-50°C (Object temperature)

• Handling:
• Standard proces with MHE40 30 min.
• Fast process with MHE41 15 min.

Note: after the time indicated in the table, let the substrate return to room temperature (about 1 hour), then proceed with removing any dirt.

Drying with IR lamps (always follow the lamps producer’s instructions, times and distances change according to the colour) Only recommened with standard proces

• Flash-off 4 min.
• Max. power (60°C) 8-10 min.

Distance 60 – 80 cm

Note: The through-drying continues for the following 3-4 days

OBSERVATIONS

The painted car must not be exposed to severe conditions in the first days after the painting. Until the film has reached the complete cross-linking, strong humidity condensation, like dew and frost and contact with aggressive agents like smog, detergents, salt on the roads, must be avoided.
