About the product
Sikagard-6220 is an amber durable penetrating cavity wax with excellent rust protection properties. Used for effective corrosion protection in cavities and exhibits convincing application properties and end results.
Thanks to the highly effective penetration ability, it protects perfectly even in hard-to-reach areas and narrow openings. After drying, a brown, slightly sticky layer of wax forms which protects cavities from rust.
Sikagard-6220 is a sprayable wax for the repair and protection of voids on vehicles, such as voids in doors, side panels, bonnets, trunks, rear fenders, fenders and pillars. The product is sprayed on without spray mists, penetrates even the finest cracks, but does not drip out of the drainage holes.
Sikagard®-6220 shows excellent adhesion to various paint types, metal primers, metal and PVC without any pretreatment. This product should only be used by professional, experienced users. Testing with actual substrates and conditions must be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
