SL0200/00 is a premium quality clear high-gloss nitrocellulose topcoat designed for furniture and turned parts. This topcoat is specifically formulated for spray applications, including conventional, airmix, and airless spray guns. Its high-gloss finish enhances the appearance of wood surfaces, providing a smooth, durable coating with a striking sheen.

Application Method:

  • Apply using conventional, airmix, or airless spray guns.
  • Thin with 30-40% DS1105/00 thinner for optimal application.

Substrate Preparation:

  • Suitable for application over nitrocellulose, polyurethane, or polyester basecoats.

General Characteristics:

  • SL0200/00 delivers a smooth, high-gloss finish for a professional appearance.
  • For best results, especially in humid or hot climates, mix 2-5% slow-drying thinner (XS0007/00) along with DS1105/00 to prevent blooming and improve flow.
  • Can be tinted using XC1900/XX stains for custom color finishes.

    • Dust-free in 5-10 minutes
    • Touch dry in 20-25 minutes
    • Stackable after 24 hours
  • Forced drying: Hot air at 30-40°C is recommended for faster drying.
  • Shelf-life: 36 months (Ensure homogeneity by stirring well before use after long storage).
