About the product
TB510 PU Topcoat Binder DTM High Gloss is a two-component polyurethane topcoat (direct to metal), with the exception of aluminum and galvanized steel substrates. This topcoat contains special pigments which enhance corrosion protection. For a higher level of anti-corrosion performance, we recommend using an epoxy primer first.
The TB510 is specially developed for light industrial use. TB510 PU Topcoat Binder DTM application properties enable fast operation with good power and dry air dry capabilities.
TB510 PU Topcoat Binder DTM standard mix ratio for tints is 80% binder/20% tints or optional 70% binder/30% tints for low opacity colors. All color toners are chromate- and lead-free, which also provides good UV protection.
