Teknocoat 35 1633-xx Base

This top coat has a good, full and scratch-resistant surface. Very good chemical resistance. Contains no aromatic solvents.

Mixing ratio 10% by weight // 15% by volume with TEKNOCOAT HARDENER 1399-12.

System treatment Prime with an acid-hardening primer product; TEKNOCOAT PRIMER 1603 or a UV primer product. Recommended application amount max. 3 x 120 g/m²

Application Spraying Use Hardener TEKNOCOAT HARDENER 1399-12.

1633-02, -03: TEKNOSOLV 1135-93 or TEKNOSOLV 1135-95 gloss 30-35 For viscosity 18-20 s DIN cup 4 at 20 °C

1633-02, -03: TEKNOSOLV 1181-11 or TEKNOSOLV 1182-11 gloss 20-25 For viscosity 18-20 s DIN cup 4 at 20 °C

1633-09: TEKNOSOLV 1135-91 For viscosity 18-20 s DIN cup 4 at 20 °C

1633-20: TEKNOSOLV 1135-95 or TEKNOSOLV 1181-11/TEKNOSOLV 1182-11 For viscosity 18-20 s DIN cup 4 at 20 °C

High-gloss construction:

1 x TEKNOCOAT PRIMER 1603-11 Sanding grit 320 1 x TEKNOCOAT 1633 Sanding grit 400 1 x TEKNOCOAT 1633 Sanding grit 600 Sanding grit 800 The surface must be completely smooth 1 x TEKNOCOAT 1633-09 Can be overpainted after at least 24 h between each application. Before and during the addition of hardener, the product must be stirred thoroughly. Should not be applied and dried at room temperatures below 18 °C. Should not be applied and dried at relative humidity above 70%.
