About the product
Teknos acrylic filler for repairing wooden windows and doors. TEKNOFILL 5001 is a water-based product for patching outdoor and indoor primed woodwork such as windows and doors. Product is ready for use.
Used together with ANTISTAIN AQUA 5200 to minimize resin penetration from pine knots.
PRE-TREATMENT
The primed wood must be clean and free of dust and dirt. The moisture content of the wood must be approx. 13% and must not exceed 15%. Wooden substrates that do not meet durability class 3, EN 350:2016 must be pre-treated. Teknos has a range of wood preservatives that meet the requirements of EN 599. Contact us for further guidance.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Optimum temperature for products and surroundings: +18 °C - +22 °C. Optimum relative humidity: approx. 50%. Do not process at temperatures: below +5 °C and above +25 °C.
STORAGE
Storage temperature is +5 °C - +30 °C. Shelf life in unopened packaging: See the expiry date on the label. If the packaging is broken, the container must be closed tightly after use.
