Teknoran Combi 94000-08 Ral 9005

TEKNORAN COMBI 94000 is made of special alkyd. Used for surface treatment of metal as a one-layer system. Contains heavy metal-free pigments and rust protection. Is not covered by the rules for epoxy and polyurethane work.

Application: Airmix Airless El-Airless.

Pretreatment

The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, rust and scale. Cold-rolled steel: Degreasing and phosphating.

Hot-rolled steel: Sandblasted to degree of cleanliness SA 2½ (ISO 8501-1:1988).

Galvanized steel: Ask technical service. Other surfaces: Ask technical service. Shop primer KORRO PVB and KORRO E epoxy shop primers can be used as needed.

Application conditions Application must take place immediately after pretreatment. During application, the temperature of the air, the paint and the surface must be above 10 °C and the relative humidity below 80%. In addition, the surface temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point of the air, to avoid condensation.

Drying time at +20 °C / 60 % RH v/80 µm dry

- overpainting Can be overpainted with itself after min. 6 hours and max. 7 days.
