Teknotherm 4500

Teknotherm 4500 is an oven-drying topcoat for steel. Used for indoor items. Provides good adhesion to steel.

Is exceptionally pore-tight and produces a hard and impact-resistant lacquer film. Is resistant to oil, household chemicals and weak acids and bases. Is resistant to yellowing when burned.

Pretreatment

The surfaces are cleaned of impurities that can be harmful for pretreatment and application. In addition, water-soluble salts are removed by suitable methods. The surfaces of the various materials are subsequently pre-treated.

COLD-ROLLED SURFACES: The surfaces are treated with a suitable cleaning agent. Priming, priming Optimum adhesion and protection against corrosion is achieved by priming with TEKNOTHERM PRIMER 4010.
