Due to the technology with heated and purified compressed air, with ThermoDry, you can save up to 20% of the paint material, and up to 40% drying time savings (compared to traditional systems). Option to lower the paint booth temperature by at least 5° C compared to the recommended temperature stated by the paint manufacturer.

You get better results, higher application speed, elimination of gloss loss, reduction of the "orange peel" effect, lowering of the dew point, as well as automatic and timed silica regeneration (TD3 PRO);

This is how Walcom Thermodry TD3 works

The ThermoDry TD3 system purifies and heats the incoming compressed air in its 5 "chambers," guaranteeing you the purest and most optimal compressed air for your painting.

1) Synthetic fiber pre-filtering element that eliminates condensation. Automatic drain with safety bar for manual draining.

2) Degreasing filter to remove residual contaminants. Manual drain.

3) Drying group with silica gel, which reduces residual moisture in compressed air. Option or silica gel regeneration with TD3 Pro hot air flow SRS valve. Silica gel lasts a maximum of 1 year.

4) Active carbon filter to remove all impurities and obtain breathable air. Max oil residue < 0.0003 mg/m^3

5) Heating element with 1200 W power controlled by an electronic unit with PID retroactive system and SCR heating power regulation.
