Mixing instructions (by weight):

Part A (TZ99/XX):** 100

Part B (Hardener - TH0720/00): 50

Thinner (DT1150/00): 20-30

Viscosity (DIN 6 at 20°C): TZ99**/BB: 35” ± 5”

Drying times (100 g/m² at 20°C):

Dust-free: 5-10 minutes

Touch-free: 30-40 minutes

Product information:

TZ99**/BB and TZ99**/NN are specially developed for Sayerlack tinting pastes and should only be used with solvent-based pastes (TP2009/XX).

Adding organic pigmented pastes can increase drying time, reduce hardness and lower hiding power compared to inorganic pastes.

Adding TP2009/XX pastes also increases gloss, which varies depending on the type and amount of paste used. It is therefore always a good idea to check whether the desired gloss has been achieved.

Special mixing instructions:

Tinting with TP2009/XX pastes:

For intense shades, mix 80% TZ99**/NN with 20% TP2009/XX paste.

For pastel colors, mix up to 5% TP2009/XX paste starting from pigmented white.

Alternative hardeners:

TH0755/00: Used for faster drying of intense shades (TZ99**/NN) and to reduce the gloss increase that occurs when adding TP2009/XX pastes.
