04395 Clear Acrylic Filler 5:1

About the product

Lechler 04395 Clear Acrylic Filler 5:1 is acrylic urethane transparent bond primer. Suitable for surfaces of extruded aluminum and its alloys (truck tailgates, frames, light alloy tankers), stainless steel.

Very high adhesion on aluminium. Suitable as a primary layer for transparent (ACRIFAN or industrial clearcoats) or pigmented surfaces (ISOFAN, ACRITOP, ISOLACK) 04395 is part of the lechsys system.

Preparation of substrate
Degrease with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW.

Application must be done by spraying.

Mixing ratio: volume and weight
1000 parts - 04395 Clear Acrylic Filler 5:1
200 parts - 29355 LECHSYS ACRITOP HARDENER
200-250 parts - LECHSYS Universal thinner 00824 or 00825 Slow.
