About the product
Soluble colorants to use in a mixture, in order to obtain special effect colors with high gloss. For small parts and various substrates.
Overcoat with Macrofan UHS Clearcoats and HF950 Hydrofan Clearcoat.
Note These products are not recommended for substrates that are constantly exposed outdoors.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
1. The substrate preparation must guarantee a very good uniformity of the substrate surface. Seal non solvent-sensitive pre-existent coatings with 04706-04710 MACROFAN HS HIGH FILLER or MAC71 MACROFAN HS COLOR HIGH FILLER; solvent-sensitive coatings must be removed completely. Allow the primer to dry through and sand as follows: - wet: finish with grit paper P600-800 - dry: finish with grit paper P400 Degrease with 00665 HYDROCLEANER SLOW / 00699 HYDROCLEANER.
2. Over apply the metallic or solid matt basecoat (BSB or HYDRO 10) until complete covering by following the formulations indicated on the BRILLIANT COLORS (BSB only) fan or on the MOTORCYCLES formulations (BSB or HYDROFAN)
