Hs626 Hydrofan 2K Hb Surfacer Light Grey

Lechler Hydrofan Surfacer two component, super quick-drying water-based primer/sealer with very low solvent emission. Used for all car repairs, suitable both for touch-ups and entire panels as well as for complete painting.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE

Polyester putty: Sand with P120-P180-P240 sandpaper and degrease with 00695 Silicone remover slow.

Steel, zinc-coated steel plate, aluminium: the primer filler has good adhesion and good corrosion protection current on various metallic substrates. To further improve the resistance to corrosion on large surfaces il is
possible to treat the substrate, suitably sanded and cleaned, with 04318 FIX-O-DUR EC or 05720 MONOPRIMER.

Old coatings and cathodically coated new parts: sand and degrease with 00665 HYDROCLEANER SLOW/ 00699 HYDROCLEANER. Treat bare metal parts with 04318 FIX-O-DUR EC or 05720 MONOPRIMER.

Plastic substrate (automotive): apply MF302-06-10/MAC81 (Plastic Primer version), 04363 or MAC0.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic: sand with P180-P240-P320 sandpaper and degrease with 00695 SILICONE REMOVER SLOW.

Application By high transfer pneumatic spray gun or HVLP.
