About the product
Lechler HC200 is a fast-drying water-based clearcoat with low solvent emission, in accordance with DIR 2004/42/CE. Low VOC content, Easy application. High gloss finish with high weather resistance and easy polishing.
The HC200 clearcoat is used for two-layer metallic and solid finishes, designed for touch-ups and complete repaint repairs of cars and commercial vehicles.
This clear coat is two-component, requiring a hardener and additive to be spray-ready. It mixes HC200 - 1000 (weight), hardener HH200 - 500 (weight), and additive HT250 - *250 to 400 (weight). See technical data sheet.

After adding the hardener HH200, we recommend that you mix the mixture well, then add the additive HT200 and stir the mixture once more; Finally, desalted water is added and then thoroughly stirred. Usage time at 20°C: 90 min.
Application
20°C 14-18" DIN 4. Ø Air cap: conventional 1.2-1.3 mm. Air pressure: 2 Atm on the gun stock (or follow the instructions of the gun manufacturers). N ° of layers: ½ thin and well stretched layer + 1 regular layer Recommended film thickness: 30-50 µ.
