Our brush wheels can be used on aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, and stainless steel. They are small and portable and can be used in hard-to-reach areas. The flexible brushes stay securely in place during use, so the desired finish is achieved with just a light touch.

With a combination of 3M ceramic abrasive grains and polymer brushes, our discs cut sharply, while the resilient and flexible brushes help prevent indentations in the substrate. The ceramic abrasive grains in these wheels are an alumina blend designed using our own unique process to be more durable and harder than regular alumina. They cut faster and last longer, and they often break off during use, so the edges are always kept sharp. This sharpness ensures that less manual pressure is needed to sand the surface effectively.
