About the product

SikaBiresin VR410 is a universal lightweight polyester styrene-free putty. With its creamy consistency, easy mixing and application, it works both as fine and coarse putty. The putty is environmentally friendly and easy to sand.

Its excellent grinding properties reduce time and increase efficiency, therefore making it easier to repair damage. SikaBiresin VR410 can be used as a repair putty.

Can be applied to steel, aluminium, galvanized and polyester surfaces. If maximum corrosion protection is required, apply epoxy primer before applying the putty.

Mixing ratio: SikaBiresin VR410 is mixed 100:3 (weight). More hardener than 3% does not accelerate curing, but may cause loss of adhesion and/or discoloration of subsequent paintwork. Mix the components thoroughly to a uniform mass before application.

Application: Apply the putty in thin layers at intervals within the potlife with a metal, plastic, or rubber spreader.

VR410 can be sanded after:

30 min. at 10°C

25 min. at 20°C

15 min. at 30°C.
