About the product
Swin 2K HS Airless Topcoat for partial and full coating of Passenger and Truck vehicles. Excellent processing, surface hardness, UV/Weather resistance as well as chemical and mechanical durability.
Mix ratio 2:1 Volume with hardener 30-100-5 normal or 30-200-5 short and thinner SWIN-Universal thinner short, normal or long.
Spray viscosity at 20 °C 18-22 s 4 mm D
Processing time mixed 3-4 hours.
Layer thickness / Dry film 40-60 µm
Deaeration time 10 min between spray passes and before oven drying
