About the product

Teknodur 3830-00 is a two-component reaction drying polyurethane. Topcoat for metal and plastic. Provides an impact-resistant and elastic surface that is resistant to weak acids, bases and solvents.

Recommended substrate Steel, Aluminium, Zinc, Plastic. Hardener Comp. B: TEKNODUR HARDENER 7310-00. Pot life, 23 °C 6 hours.

Pretreatment

The surfaces are cleaned of impurities that can be harmful for pretreatment and application. In addition, water-soluble salts are removed by suitable methods.

Priming/Priming

Optimum adhesion and protection against corrosion is achieved by priming with one of the following types:

METAL: TEKNODUR PRIMER 3420, TEKNODUR PRIMER HB 3450, INERTA PRIMER 3210.

PLASTIC: TEKNODUR PRIMER 3420, TEKNOSEAL 1120.
