20-305 Multi Plus Joint Compound
About the product
20-305 is a creamy, multi-functional 2K polyester putty, ideal for both small and large repairs. It can be applied in a thin to medium layer and is known for its homogeneity, elasticity, softness and easy sandability. This putty adheres effectively to iron, steel, aluminium, zinc-treated surfaces and fibreglass.
Mixing ratio and Application:
20-305 is a two-component putty, which must be mixed with hardener in a ratio of 100:2-3. Hardener included with purchase
Usage time at 20°C: 4-5 minutes
Drying time at 20°C: 15-20 minutes
Drying time at 60°C: 5-10 minutes
Areas of application:
This putty is ideal for use in auto painting, body repair, and other maintenance jobs where a durable and smooth finish is required.

The surface must be clean, dry, degreased and matted with abrasives. Thoroughly mix putty by weight with 2% of BPO hardener. Apply within 3-4 minutes at 20oC. Higher temperature can reduce the pot life and accelerates the drying time.
