About the product
50-100 Bitumen-based undercarriage protection with sound dampening properties. 50-100 is a long-lasting, bitumen-based corrosion protection with a thixotropic and quick-drying formula.
The product has sound dampening properties and provides long-lasting protection to the chassis of cars, trucks and buses. After evaporation of solvents, 50-100 forms a strongly adhesive and elastic film that protects against wear and rust.

Quick-drying: Touch-dry in 2-5 hours depending on product quantity.
Thixotropic: Easy to apply without dripping.
Areas of application: Chassis of cars, trucks and buses
Instructions for use:
Preparation: Clean the surface with 60-010 or 60-011.
Application:
Spray distance: 25-30 cm
Number of layers: 1-2
Layer thickness: 500-1000 µm
Wait 5-8 minutes between layers.
Drying time:
500 ml: Dust dry after approx. 5 hours
1 kg: Dust dry after 2-4 hours
50-100 provides optimal protection for vehicles that require long-term durability and noise reduction.
