50-170 Brushable Sealing Compound Gray
About the product
50-170 Brushable Seam Selaer is a one-component sealant that permanently seals joints, joints, grooves and overlays. It is easy to apply with a brush and has excellent adhesion to metal, galvanized surfaces, primed surfaces and old paints.
The product remains flexible and is suitable for sealing weld seams and other joints on vehicles and machinery. Ideal for sealing front spoilers, rear panels and overlapping joints in engine bays, cabins, wheel arches and the like.
Colour: Dark grey
Drying time at 20°C:
Surface dry (film formation): 30-60 minutes (65% humidity)
Thoroughly dried: Approx. 24-48 hours (65% humidity)
Temperature resistance: -25°C to +80°C
Instructions for use:
Make sure the surface is stable, dry, clean and free of rust, dust, grease and dirt. For difficult substrates it may be necessary to prime first and adhesion should be tested beforehand.
Avoid air bubbles when applying with a brush.
After 30 minutes, the product can be painted over with either 1-component or 2-component paint. When using 2-component paint, overnight drying is recommended. 50-170 Brushable Nail Sealer can be applied in thin strips or spread over larger areas.
Storage:
Store in a ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Store at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C.
