About the product

Q-Refinish 70-260 is a scratch-resistant two-component HS acrylic clearcoat based on Reflow Technology. Due to its resistance to micro-scratches (caused e.g. by car washes) and chemicals, 70-260 HS Klarlak is particularly suitable for high-quality partial or full paintwork of cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles.

70-260 is extremely easy to apply and ensures optimal spray mist absorption when applied to large surfaces or at high temperatures. VOCs

Select hardener: 70-260HN (normal) or 70-260HF (fast)

**Potlife at 20°C:**

- 1 hour with 70-260HF (fast)
- 2.5 hours with 70-260HN (normal)

Viscosity: 18 - 21 sec 4 mm DIN

Spray gun setup (RP): - 1.2 - 1.3 mm at 2.0 - 2.2 bar

Consumption: 6 - 8 m²/L

Application layer: 1-2 layers

Between layers: 5-10 min

Before oven drying: 10-15 min

Layer thickness: 40-50 µm

Drying at 20°C:

- Dust dry: 20-25 min
- Touch dry: 4-6 hours
- Ready for assembly: 16 hours

Drying at 60°C:

- Touch dry: 20-30 min
- Ready for assembly: 1 hour

IR Drying:

- Shortwave: 8 min
- Medium wave: 10-15 min
