Aov2343/00 Oil Waterborne Wax Effect Fragrant

The water-based wax effect oil, AOV2343/00, is designed for the treatment of indoor furniture, refining the surface with a soft and waxy texture while preserving a natural appearance. It can be applied using a spray gun, brush, or cloth. AOV2343/00 is a water-based oil with a natural scent of beeswax. Similar to solvent-based oils, maintenance should be carried out based on the wear and tear the item is subjected to.

AOV2343/00 can be mixed with 5% of AH1564/00 to improve the product's adhesion and chemical resistance while still maintaining its long working time. In this version, the product will provide better chemical resistance and adhesion while still retaining a long working time (4 hours).

We recommend adding the hardener when treating wooden floors or when renovating a surface that has already been treated to achieve maximum performance. AOV2343/00 can be tinted with dyes and/or pigments from the AC2110/XX, AC0600/XX, AC1810/XX, XA2006/XX, and XA4034/XX series.

To achieve the best performance in terms of chemical resistance, we suggest applying two coats of AOV2343/00 with a smooth sanding (sandpaper 320) in between.

Application: Sand the wood with 180-grit sandpaper. AOV2343/00 can be applied with a spray gun, brush, and cloth. We recommend applying 30 - 70 g/sqm and removing excess product with a clean cloth.

It is possible to dilute with water (10 - 20%) to improve application on wood, especially with the first coat. AOV2343/00 can be tinted with pigments such as AC0600/XX, AC1810/XX, XA2006/XX, XA4034/XX (max 5%).
