Pretreatment The surface must be clean and dry. The moisture content of the wood must be less than 20%.

Priming, priming TEKNOL 1881, TEKNOL 2881, TEKNOL 3881 or TEKNOL 4881.

Application method Conventional spraying, Brush machine, Vacumat, Brush Application

Stir thoroughly before use.

Application conditions During application and curing, the air and surface temperature must be above 10 °C and the product temperature above 15 °C and the relative humidity below 80%.

Dilution Can be diluted with 0-10% water. Dilute with water 4:1 when applying in vacumat.

Drying time +23 °C / 50 % RH (glass plate 120 µm)

- dust dry 30 min

- non-sticky 40 min

- can be painted over the next day

The drying times are indicative, as the product is intended for wood. An increase in the layer thickness and a higher humidity in the room will usually prolong the drying process. If forced drying is used, contact the supplier for guidance

Weather resistance: Excellent.

Cleaning The equipment is cleaned immediately after use with water and detergent.
