Teknocoat Aqua 1879-23 Gloss 25 Clear

Teknocoat Aqua 1879-23 Gloss 25 Clear is a polyurethane-reinforced, water-dilutable varnish for indoor varnishing of floors, furniture and other wooden fixtures.

Fast-drying varnish that provides a very hard-wearing surface with good surface resistance. Adheres to certain types of plastic, e.g. PVC.

Viscosity 50-60 s/DIN 4 at +20 °C.

Gloss (60°) Semi-matt Thinner If necessary, the product can be thinned with water.

Pretreatment The surface to be treated must be dry, clean and free of dust. Previously lacquered surfaces are sanded thoroughly. The surface should be well sanded to reduce fiber lifting.

Recommended application rate 2 x 100 g/m²

Application conditions Stir thoroughly before use. Should not be applied and dried at temperatures below +18 °C. relating to. assessment of effective ventilation, it is recommended to contact Tekno's consultant. When using water-based varnishes on dark types of wood, less "glow and depth" must be expected than when using solvent-based varnishes. Wood types containing tannic acid, such as oak, can cause a certain smoke colouring. Before final painting, a test painting and tape test are recommended.
