About the product

Teknocryl Aqua Combi 2795 is for direct use on treated steel surfaces. Typically used on production lines with forced drying facilities. Possibility of high film formation. Forced drying, water-based acrylic.

Drying time at +60 °C / 50 % RH - handling dry (ISO 3678) - fully cured Approx. 30 minutes 1 hour The drying time is indicated for a layer thickness of approx. 90 µm dry film and at a relative humidity of max. 60% and air circulation. - paintable after 3 hours.

Gloss: Glossy.

Pre-treatment The surfaces are cleaned of impurities that can be harmful to the surface treatment and the paint. In addition, water-soluble salts are removed by suitable methods. The surfaces of the various materials are subsequently pre-treated. Cold-rolled steel: Clean with a suitable pre-treatment chemical. Hot-rolled steel: Sandblasting or grinding to a degree of cleanliness SA 2½ according to the standard ISO 8501-1:1988.

Application conditions The surface to be painted must be dry. During application and curing, the temperature of the air, the paint and the surface must be above 15 °C and the relative humidity below 70%.

Application is with HVLP or airless nozzle
