Cc6500 High Performance Voc Clear
About the product
Cromax CC6500 is a high-solid clearcoat for painting cars, but can be used for several purposes. It is quick drying with an excellent finish. Easy to apply and can be used for all types of repairs, spot, partial and full paint jobs.
The clear coat is two component, which means they require a hardener. However, CC6500 has a single mixing ratio of 2:1 with the hardener AR7505 High Performance Clearcoat Activator + 10% AZ9500 Performance Agent. CC6500 provides excellent durability and a nice high gloss.
Application is very simple. 2 sprays intermediate and final deaeration: 2 min. - 5 min. Deaeration time before IR drying: 5 min. The clear coat offers several more drying options, so you can adapt it to your needs, see technical data sheet.
Drying times are 15 min. at 60° C or 30 min at 40° C. CC6500 High Performance VOC Clear can be overcoated within 24 hours, without intermediate sanding. This clear coat helps the workshop to optimize work processes and increase productivity through easy handling and various drying options. At the same time, this clear coat delivers a high gloss.
