Teknowax 1160-00 Transp. White

Teknowax 1160-00 Transp. white, is a water-based wax for interior panels and moldings. APPLICATION Industrial vacuum application or spraying on interior panels and moldings. SPECIAL PROPERTIES TEKNOWAX 1160 provides a water-repellent surface.

Pretreatment The surface should be clean and dry. The moisture content of the wood should be less than 20%.

Application conditions During application and curing, the temperature of the air, the paint and the surface must be above 10 °C and the relative humidity below 80%.

Application

Stir thoroughly before use. The product is applied in one layer. Vacuum application or spraying.

Maintenance The surface is sanded with sandpaper (+150) before treatment. The paint can possibly thin with water to adjust the color (e.g. 5-10%). When the paint is dry, polish the surface with a nylon cloth or similar. The surface may only be cleaned with a mild detergent.

Optimum temperature is 10-25 °C. The product must be stored frost-free.
